Instructions

Under Organize go to Select style and search for Crossroads. This layout was designed using the "Altair" color scheme, though it should not matter which one you pick
At the bottom of the page under "Choose a Page Setup", select 2 Columm (sidebar on the left).
From there, go to customize your theme. Under the tab "Modules", set the Tags section to "Cloud", Modules can be freely arranged inside the Primary module sction, however the Secondary Module Section should be completely unchecked, or have nothing in it.
Under Custom CSS uncheck "Use Layout's stylesheet(s)". Inside the textbox paste the code.
(Optional) If you want to change the banner, look for http://i.imgur.com/wBJ1goM.png inside of the code and add your new banner URL in its stead. With "300px" and "bottom" you can change its position
